Seasonal Camper Rules & Regulations

  1. When leaving the campground for a lengthy period of time notify the office, so that a routine check can be made of your lot and equipment.
  2. Trailers and/or equipment shall not be removed by anyone unless the office has been notified.
  3. Anyone causing a disturbance shall not be allowed entrance and may be removed from the campground at the discretion of management.
  4. No one shall construct or a porch, awning, add-a-room, skirting, floor, etc. without first obtaining permission from management.  All new constructions must first be submitted in writing with a drawing and signed off on before any modifications are made to the campsites.
  5. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times, must be cleaned-up after and must not be objectionable to other guests.
  6. Minimum noise and no visitors after 11:30 p.m.
  7. The speed limit in the campground is 10km per hour as posted.
  8. 1 picnic table per lot.
  9. Camper’s visitors must register at the office.
  10. One unit per lot.  Management must be advised otherwise as additional charge applies.
  11. Freedom of the campground and beach is offered to the lessee and their guests, providing all rules are followed. Swimming is unsupervised and is done at your own risk.
  12. Cutting of any trees on Campground property is absolutely prohibited.
  13. In compliance with Ontario Regulation 319/08 (Small Drinking Water Systems) all water is not to be used for drinking.  There is a clean drinking water fill station located outside of the Pass Lake Campground Store.
  14. In order to comply with the Tourist Industries regulations, no mobile homes are permitted in the Campground.
  15. Proof of insurance must be provided before May 15th of the contract year or a liability waiver signed.  Without proof of insurance the lessee will be held responsible for any damages that may be incurred as a result.
  16. The use of mini-bikes, dirt bikes, off-road vehicles and golf carts is only permitted by licensed drivers or youth accompanied by a licensed driver.Proof of insurance for all the aforementioned vehicles must be provided at the beginning of every camping year.  You can drop off your proof of insurance in person or have your insurance company fax it to the campground office fax: (807) 977-1178.
